One pleasant afternoon, Gene Maruszewski, LX Rudis, and Henry Warwick went to Tapewarm studios in Petaluma California to record some music. A splendid time was had by all involved. Upon leaving, Henry found that his car, an Audi A4, was seriously damaged by an Hit and Run driver. Getting home was slow and difficult. However, as two songs had been recorded, the name of the record was obvious: Hit and Run.
This is a fairly ambient record, but also filled with a lot of wandering noises. A rewarding if challenging listen, it is a great record of three great synthesists at their craft.
